INDIANAPOLIS — Veteran guard Erica Wheeler is joining the Seattle Storm after spending the last two seasons with the Indiana Fever.
The Storm announced their acquisition of the 10-year veteran on Wednesday.

Wheeler started her WNBA career with the Atlanta Dream in 2015 before her first stint with Indiana Fever kicked off in 2016. Wheeler played for the Fever for four years and averaged 9.5 points and 4 assists during her first stint with the Fever. In 2019, Wheeler even became the first undrafted player to win All-Star MVP.

Wheeler wound up playing for the Los Angeles Sparks and the Atlanta Dream before returning to the Fever in 2023. On June 7, 2024, she scored her 2,500th career point, becoming just the fourth undrafted player to reach the milestone.
