Chelsea and Freddie Freeman know how to make an entrance.
The Los Angeles Dodgers superstar and his wife are one of Major League Baseball’s favorite couples. Chelsea and the couple’s three sons are fixtures at Freeman’s games and are part of the tight-knit group of Dodgers players’ wives and girlfriends who donned matching outfits throughout the 2025 World Series, providing a unified support system for the team as they battled the Toronto Blue Jays through the seven-game series. With the offseason in full swing, wedding season has begun. That means the Freemans are ditching their Dodger Blue and turning heads in the process.
In a post shared to Instagram, Chelsea Freeman gave fans a preview of the sports power couple’s looks as they prepared to attend former Dodgers teammate Gavin Lux’s wedding to Molly O’Boyle. In a post captioned, “Wedding szn,” the Freemans looked dapper in head-to-toe black-tie attire. Chelsea stunned in a floor-length sleek black gown with a halter neck. Freddie cleaned up in a dark black suit and black tie.
“You two so pretty 🤩 look like Ken and Barbie dolls!” commented one fan on Chelsea’s social media post. Another added, “Beautiful couple! Freddie is going viral again for doing the world famous worm dance at Gavin’s wedding.”
The commenter is referring to Freddie Freeman’s grand entrance at Lux’s wedding, in which he replicated the “worm” dance he was filmed performing for his Dodgers teammates at the team’s World Series victory celebration at the home of Breanna and Mookie Betts.

The wives, girlfriends, and partners of the LA Dodgers have shared a group photo before every game of the World Series.

The Tight-Knit Community of Los Angeles Dodgers Wives and Girlfriends
While NFL wives and girlfriends have been in the spotlight as of late thanks to pop star Taylor Swift joining the ranks of a sports WAG as Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce’s fiancée, few spouses and partners of Major League Baseball players have garnered as much attention as the community of Dodgers wives and girlfriends. Such an involved community, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts made sure to thank the wives of his players and coaches after the team’s 2025 World Series win.
The group made headlines during this year’s World Series with their matching game-day looks, which included custom jackets with their partners’ jersey numbers on the lapel.
Not only do the partners of Major League Baseball players hold down the home front during the players’ 162-game regular season, many devote much of their time to charitable efforts. The Dodgers wives are known to volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and the Downtown Women’s Center, all coordinated through the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation and the official Dodgers Wives group.
