Rhea Ripley vs. Brock Lesnar: Who is the BIGGER Star?
The fascinating contest for this year’s AL MVP award between New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge and Seattle Mariners star Cal Raleigh was one of the closest in recent memory.
Before the winner was announced, fellow big league slugger Brent Rooker took to X to remind fans to respect both players and their achievements regardless of the outcome.

Soon after Aaron Judge won the prestigious prize for the third time in his career, Rooker followed up on his previous post to express disapppointment after seeing fans indulging in the exact behaviour he previously advised against.
“People are literally doing the thing I said not to do in the replies.” Rooker later wrote

Reacting to Brent Rooker’s follow-up post, several fans jokingly reminded the slugger how such expectations often turn out to be an exercise in futility in this day and age.

“You might have too much faith in humanity sir” a fan wrote

Despite joining Yankees royalty in exclusive club, Aaron Judge is still working hard towards his “main focus”
With his latest AL MVP award, Aaron Judge entered an extremely exclusive club, becoming only the fourth Yankee to ever win the prestigious prize three or more times, joining the legendary trio of Joe DiMaggio, Yogi Berra and Mickey Mantle.
Despite this achievement, however, the 33-year-old is still committed to working towards his “main focus”, which is bringing another World Series title back to the Bronx.
As insder Bryan Hoch reported via X on Friday, so strong is Judge’s desire of doing so, that he would be willing to “trade” every individual accolade he has in exchange for his first ring.
““I think I’d trade every award I’ve gotten and every All-Star appearance for an opportunity to win a championship. That’s my main focus. That’s why I wake up every day.” Aaron Judge told Bryan Hoch

Starved of glory in the postseason since 2009, Yankees fans will be will be hoping Aaron Judge and company can finally reach the promised land in 2026.
