Baseball America: With his raw power Spencer Jones has potential to be a massive boom on the “boom or bust” scale. However so far, that has also come with quite a number of strikeouts, he also has potential to be a bust on that same scale. Here, Baseball America ranks him as one of the ten prospects that most caught their eye in the fall.

MLB.com | Brian Murphy: The offseason is still young, but there’s still quite a bit left to do for the Yankees ahead of the 2026 season. Whether it be bringing back Cody Bellinger or making a move in his place, adding more pitching to both the rotation and bullpen, the Yankees should still have a busy couple months on the horizon if they want to better their 2025.

New York Post | Jon Heyman: One team that has already made some moves and could make lives difficult for the Yankees is their old foe, the Red Sox. The Yankees, Boston, and the Blue Jays were already in a jousting contest for the AL East in 2025, and Boston has already made a move for pitcher Sonny Gray, and reportedly aren’t remotely close to done.

MLB.com | Bryan Hoch: With yesterday being Thanksgiving, the Yankees did a bit of nice work for people in need. Earlier in the week, they helped feed hundred of people for a meal hosted by the SCAN-Harbor (Supportive Children’s Advocacy Network), and also gave out 4,000 food vouchers, with their giving set to continue through the Holiday season.
