FanFest Returns to Seattle With a Fresh Look—and Mariners Fans Will Definitely Notice the Upgrades.vt

After an eight-year hiatus, Mariners FanFest is officially back, and it’s shaping up to be a can’t-miss weekend for Seattle baseball fans.

The two-day celebration will take over T-Mobile Park on January 31 and February 1, giving fans a rare chance to get up close and personal with the players, coaches, and the ballpark itself – just weeks before pitchers and catchers report for spring training.

A Weekend Built for the Fans

This isn’t just a photo-op. FanFest is a full-on immersive experience, and the Mariners are pulling out all the stops. Think clubhouse tours, playing catch in the outfield, autograph sessions, and even the chance to throw a pitch from the bullpen mound – the same one George Kirby warms up on before starts.

Speaking of Kirby, he’ll be there, alongside Julio Rodríguez, Cal Raleigh, and Josh Naylor, giving fans a chance to interact with some of the most exciting names on the roster. Also expected: team legends, top prospects, coaches, and broadcasters – a full cast of Mariners past, present, and future.

As Mariners president of business operations Kevin Martinez put it, “FanFest is all about creating lasting memories.” And with this lineup of activities and personalities, that mission is right on track.

What to Expect at FanFest

Here’s a look at what fans can dive into across the two-day event:

  • Autograph and photo opportunities with players, legends, and prospects
  • Run the bases like you’re scoring the game-winner
  • Play catch in the outfield – yes, on the actual grass
  • Home clubhouse tours – see where the team preps for battle
  • Throw a pitch in the bullpen – test your stuff
  • Take a photo at home plate – because why not?
  • Trading card station – for collectors and future collectors
  • Dugout dialogue – listen in on conversations with Mariners insiders
  • Kids club activities – baseball fun for the youngest fans
  • Mascot meet and greet with the Mariner Moose and Salmon Run crew
  • 50 seasons of Mariners history exhibit – a walk through franchise lore
  • Concourse beverage sampling – for the adults in the crowd

After nearly a decade without it, FanFest’s return feels like more than just a promotional event – it’s a signal that the Mariners are leaning into their connection with the fanbase. And with a young core that’s built to contend, this could be the perfect way to kick off what promises to be an electric 2026 season in Seattle.
